Free Wi Fi and efficient check in. So close to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. Breakfast is served on dining room! Besides, the parking was nearby.

It was a great hotel in New York City. Staff was helpful and the little extra touches like flat-screen television, a coffeemaker and a work desk in the room was a treat.

I called to extend my stay for a few nights and received conformation over the phone. They had not put my extension in the computer and there where no rooms available for me come the original day I was scheduled to leave. They found me another hotel that was in a similar location but $100+ more expensive a night.

We enjoyed our stay at Four Points. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Always happy to help with enquiries about getting out and about. Room was very clean and staff obliging with requests. Best of all, it was well located near the SoHo eating district and, especially, close to a subway station. We would definitely stay here again. Thankyou.

This was a really great little hotel in an amazing location and at a fantastic price. The staff were so hospitable (thanks Alex for the welcome cocktails!) and couldn't do enough to help us. The rooms were small but clean and very comfortable. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to stay in an authentic part of NYC close to the tube and a short walk from the bustling streets of SoHo, Little Italy etc.
The bar was very small so there wasn't really an in hotel social vibe

Locatioan we wanted to spend time in SoHo.Room was small but Bathroom facilities were excellent.Everything worked Had a large King size bed which was excellent, Airconditioner noisy but it worked

The hotel's location is excellent: there are great nearby restaurants and shops. However, it is very quiet for Manhattan. The rooms are the size one would expect for NYC, but quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly and professional.

The location near was great for Greenwich Village and the beds were the comfiest!

The Staff were very helpful, also the location was perfect for site seeing throughout the city.
Breakfast was quite expensive, although the location of the hotel was close to many other cafes, restaurants and deli's so this was not a huge issue for us.

The location was perfect & your staffs are very helpful & friendly. It was the most comfortable bed Ive slept in in days - especially after hours of flight time it was a big help to sleep in ur bed! The free Wifi was a big plus!
Your coffee pot wasnt co-operating much. The car that took us to the airport was a bit brash drove like a maniac but got us at the airport on time :)

Comfortable room.
Internet connection - the wireless connection was very unstable, I was disconnected every few minutes. The wired connection did not work at all. I asked it to be looked at in the morning, but no one took care of it. In the evening I asked again (twice) but eventually the problem was never fixed. I rely on a good internet conneciton for my work. It is crucial. I can not stay at a hotel with such unreliable internet service. This is why I will not be coming back.

Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful at check in, great after a long flight. Bed was huge and super comfortable. Nice shower
Room was pretty noisy as it faced the street. Needed earplugs but once they were in slept very well.

Excellent hotel in a good area of Manhattan, staff were helpful and attentive, rooms clean and well maintained. Ideal for So Ho, Little Italy, Greenwich Village areas full of good restaurants and delis. Easy access to nearby subway

The location is great, near of Prince St and Subway station.
Beds and rooms are very small we were 3 and the beds are Queen so, If you have to share the bed with someone who is not your couple it is a little unconfortable.
